Installation & Setup

A: Yes, our smart toilets fully comply with U.S. plumbing and electrical standards. All models use a standard voltage of 110V~120V and are compatible with the commonly used 12-inch (305mm) rough-in distance in the U.S. Please verify your bathroom dimensions before purchase to ensure smooth installation.

A: The installation process is relatively simple, and most users can install it themselves. Our smart toilets come with detailed installation instructions and all necessary accessories (such as water supply hoses and installation bolts). If you are unfamiliar with plumbing connections or electrical wiring, or if you want to ensure proper installation, we recommend hiring a professional plumber or electrician.

A: We recommend setting up a dedicated outlet for the smart toilet to ensure safety. If the outlet has multiple sockets and other devices are in use, you should consider whether the outlet can handle the current when multiple devices are running simultaneously. The outlet should be located no more than 3.6 feet (about 1.1 meters) from the installation spot, so the power cord can be connected directly without needing an extension cord.

A: If your bathroom does not have a pre-installed power outlet, you can consider the following options:

  • Have an electrician install a new outlet, ensuring it meets safety standards.
  • Choose our non-electric smart toilet: CD-W10V.

Product Features & Usage

A: Our smart toilets come with a range of high-end features, including:

  • Warm Water Wash – Adjustable water temperature, washing pressure, and both front & rear cleansing functions.
  • Heated Seat – Provides extra comfort in cold weather with adjustable temperature settings.
  • Warm Air Dryer – Reduces the need for toilet paper, making it eco-friendly and hygienic.
  • Activated Carbon Deodorization – Effectively absorbs odors to keep your bathroom fresh.
  • Automatic Lid Opening & Closing (select models) – Opens automatically when you approach and closes when you leave.
  • Foam Shield (select models) – Reduces water splashing and odors while minimizing flushing noise.
  • Built-in Water Tank (select models) – Ensures normal operation even during water outages or low water pressure.
  • UV Sterilization (select models) – Eliminates harmful bacteria for better hygiene.

A: It depends on the model:

  • Models with a built-in water tank (such as Y090, Y010PRO) can be flushed manually during a power outage, but electronic features like heating and washing will be unavailable.
  • Tankless models rely on electricity for the flushing system and will not function without power.

A: Yes, our smart toilets offer multiple adjustment levels:

  • Water Temperature – Typically 4-5 levels, ranging from room temperature up to around 40°C (104°F).
  • Water Pressure – Similar to water temperature, usually with 4-5 levels to suit different user preferences.
  • Nozzle Position – Adjustable forward and backward to enhance user comfort.

A: Currently, none of our products feature a dedicated child mode. However, the K010 series allows two user settings.

Maintenance & Cleaning

A: Maintenance is simple, and we recommend cleaning once a week. You can wipe the seat and nozzle with warm water and a neutral cleaner. Avoid using bleach, alcohol, or strong acidic/alkaline cleaners to prevent damage to electronic components and surface coatings.

A: Yes, our nozzles are made of stainless steel or antibacterial materials and feature a self-cleaning function.

  • We recommend manually cleaning the nozzle once a month using a soft cloth dampened with water.
  • If the nozzle becomes clogged or damaged after years of use, you can replace it. We offer original replacement parts.

Purchase & After-Sales Service

A: Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty and lifetime technical support. The warranty covers:

  • Electronic components (such as control panels and circuit boards)
  • Heating system (heated seat and warm water wash)
  • Structural issues of the toilet body

A: Yes, we support a 30-day worry-free return policy. If the product has not been installed or used, you may request a return within 30 days (the packaging must remain intact).

A: No, smart toilets generally use a dual-flush system. The small flush uses 0.8-1.0 gallons (3-4 liters), and the large flush uses 1.2-1.6 gallons (4.5-6 liters), making it more water-efficient than traditional gravity-fed toilets.

A: Yes, our smart toilets are highly suitable for seniors, pregnant women, or individuals with mobility issues. Features such as automatic washing, drying, and heated seats reduce the need for bending and manual operation, improving overall quality of life.
